What is HPL?
HPL is comprised of 60-70% paper. Its core is made of several layers of absorbent kraft paper that have been saturated with phenolic resins. The visual layer is a specially selected decorative sheet that has been impregnated with melamine. These are pressed and hardened under heat and high pressure, resulting in a durable material impervious to wear and scratches.

Characteristics of HPL

Due to its durability and ease of maintenance, HPL performs well for horizontal and vertical surfaces in commercial and residential applications.
